Your voluntary pledge to abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Asociation of Realtors® sets you apart from nonmember practitioners who have not pledge themselves to the high personal and professional standards which the Code embodies. To customers, clients and the public, your adherence to the Code provides important assurance of your integrity and professionalism. Among fellow REALTORS®, the code serves as the "golden rule" for conduct and the basis for prganization's valuable dispute resolution system.

Code of Ethics: This document describes a REALTORSŪ Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Before You File an Ethics Complaint: This document provides information for people who are considering filing an ethics complaint against a REALTORŪ.

Ethics Complaint Form: If a REALTORŪ or member of the public believes a REALTORŪ has possibly breached the REALTORŪ Code of Ethics, this form is used to file a formal complaint.

Request for Dispute Resolution Form: If two parties are involved in a dispute the Anchorage Board of REALTORSŪ provides a Mediation Program to assist in settling disagreements. Example: A buyer and a seller have an issue with the disbursement of Earnest Monies.
