NAR CODE OF ETHICS (COE)
What makes REALTORS® different? Realtors® commit to a higher standard by following the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Code of Ethics (COE), going beyond state licensing laws.
Training Requirements
All members must complete Realtor® COE training at least once every 3-year cycle. We are currently in Cycle 8 which ends on December 31, 2027.
- New members must complete this requirement within 60 days of joining us.

Need ECE credits? We offer our members 2 ECE credits that may be used for your Alaska Real Estate License renewal. Receive your ECE certificate by emailing us your online certificate of completion to: admin@ancboard.com. Please allow at least five business days to receive.
