We welcome our new members to the Anchorage Board of REALTORS® (ABR). We congratulate you on your decision to join a REALTOR® brokerage and be a part of the REALTOR® family.

REALTORS® are real estate professionals who have chosen to join the National Association and abide by its strict Code of Ethics. What does this mean to you? It means that any REALTOR® with whom you work has voluntarily agreed to abide by a Code of Ethics, based on professionalism and protection of the public.

Before you are able to use the prestigious designation of REALTOR®, and we add your name to our online membership roster, shown on this website, the following items must be complete:

  • Submit a membership application.
  • Submit your dues payment.
  • Complete the mandatory Code of Ethics (COE) training and new member orientation.The National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics (COE) course is offered online, however, in-person training is strongly encouraged. Our in-person class is typically offered on a monthly basis. This requirement must be fulfilled within the first 60 days of submitting a new member application; failure to complete this requirement will result in termination of membership.   • Take the REALTOR® Pledge. If you did not take in-person orientation, please contact us to arrange to take the REALTOR® pledge and receive your REALTOR® pin.

Membership Dues Information. New member dues are prorated back to the date your Alaska Real Estate license became effective with your brokerage.

An invoice will be emailed to you under separate cover and dues payment must be made within 10-days. We do not take payments. Late fees are assessed for payments not received within 30-days in the amount of $50 per month.

When your membership dues are not current, you cannot use your REALTOR® designation.

Plan ahead! Our annual membership dues are currently $545 and are due December 1 of each calendar year. Invoices are emailed in November and late fees are assessed beginning on January 1. Payment must be made in full.
